What You Get in Alpha

During Token2049 (Sept 28 – Oct 5), we’re opening MILO for white-glove trials. Payments are visible in the app but turned off — this is invitation-only, word of mouth.

Core features available now:

Frictionless Telegram CRM - private DMs only, no more lost follow-ups
Security-first stack - encrypted end-to-end, rate limits, blacklists, IP protections, optional 2FA
Backup + preservation - if your Telegram is compromised, your data is still safe
Privacy by design - we don’t sell or share your contacts for our alpha. Each user owns their own data

How Your Data Is Handled

We know the biggest question is: what happens to my data?

User safety, security, and privacy are top priority. Your net worth in crypto is your network - we treat it as such.
All training data is my own (the author’s) - I use MILO myself. This is mutual interest.
Right now, everything is white-glove. No one outside your account has access, and contact books are not shared.
If you want your data deleted at any point, email support@pantheonops.com with the subject line Deletion Request.
We currently do not enable user exports. Post-Token2049, we’ll deliver organized contact lists and prioritize labeling/extraction features.

Security & Preferences

MILO is built for operators who take security seriously.

Granular control: You decide which chats MILO is enabled in, and which chats it can send actions to. This is fully configurable through your Telegram Business account.
Private by design: MILO is built on top of a closed solution — no public endpoints, the latest encryption standards, and multi-factor authentication across our infrastructure.
Row-level security: Access is strictly scoped to your data only.
Pre-cleansing & anti-injection protection: Already built in. Telegram enforces rate limits for scripting, but we’re actively expanding other safeguards.
Community contributions: If you’re a security researcher or engineer and think you can contribute, email security@pantheonops.com. A formal audit of the codebase is on our roadmap.

What’s Next

Beta launch follows Token2049, with subscriptions enabled and a self-serve dashboard.
Stealth tier exists — logs and analytics only. Reach out if you prefer this mode.
