How do I start?

- DM MILO with
/startand pay for a subscription with your credit card. - Add MILO as an inline chatbot to your DMs via Settings > Telegram Business > Chatbots.
Note: This feature is only available if you have Telegram Premium.
- Start chatting with others—your CRM will automatically begin to populate as you interact.
What does $99/month include?
Access to MILO’s DM CRM, notifications, message intake/recording (text only), and early access to new features as they roll out. Billing occurs every 30 days. You can cancel before the next cycle to avoid further charges.
Is there a trial?
No formal trial yet. We offer a no-questions-asked refund via email while we’re in alpha.
Which messages are recorded?
Private DM text only (no photos, videos, files). Group chats are not supported yet.
Where is my data stored and for how long?
Encrypted at rest in our secure infrastructure. We retain data to power notifications, CRM, and backups; you can request deletion anytime via support@pantheonops.com.
Can I use MILO with teams or assistants?
Multi-user/team features are planned (dashboard, roles, and shared pipelines) and will roll out with the DM dashboard.
Does MILO work outside Telegram?
Telegram first. WhatsApp, Signal, and other channels are on the roadmap.
What about quick replies and scheduling?
These are in the Automation & CRM roadmap and will ship progressively.
Does MILO handle calls or calendars?
Calendar integrations and booking/scheduling are planned; initial versions will support lightweight automated flows inside Telegram.
Is my Telegram account safer with MILO?
We’re building full-lockdown 2FA guidance and tooling. Today, MILO recommends best-practice account security and will expand to automated checks.
Do I get invoices or receipts?
Yes - email receipts each billing cycle. Sales tax/VAT may apply depending on location.
What’s the expected response time from support?
During alpha, we aim for 24–48 hours. Concierge support will be available as we expand.
Can I export my data?
Exports are planned. Data collection is already live; export features will unlock soon.
Any limits I should know about?
Rate limits may apply during alpha to ensure reliability. We’ll adjust as we scale.
