Post–Token2049: Pantheon Alpha Update (Public)
Built by operators, for operators. September 28–October 5 was our first public proving ground. This note recaps what happened in the alpha and the weeks to come, what we learned, and what’s shipping next. If you were part of the cohort: thank you. You helped us turn a Telegram-native idea into living infrastructure.
Many of you should have already received a .csv export of your organized contacts. If you still need one - or have questions - reach out. We’re handling everyone 1:1 during alpha.
Alpha by the Numbers
- Alpha window: September 28 – October 12 (Token2049 week +1)
- Contacts captured: 1,336+ and counting (private DMs only)
- Adoption: Our initial cohort grew materially during the conference with sustained usage post-event.
- Usage pattern: A clear step-change in early October as word of mouth spread.

Observations from the Data
- Telegram Premium is the norm. 63.5% of people met were Telegram Premium users — roughly 6 in 10.

- Network depth is real. Each connection on Telegram fans out to ~133 touchpoints/conversations on average across time.

Note the steep jump in November is directly correlated to a user imports - backfilling their entire telegram history.
Migrating to the New MILO Bot
We’re moving! To make inline tagging, message writing, and contextual responses far smoother, we’re migrating everyone from the original deployment o the new unified endpoint:
👉 @milopabot
This upgrade makes it easier to scale inline functions, integrate new CRM logic, and prepare for GPT-powered message generation.
We’ll continue supporting the old deployment for a short while, but we strongly encourage everyone to switch as soon as possible to ensure full compatibility with the coming updates and security improvements.
If you run into migration issues, message us directly or email support@pantheonops.com.
What You Used (and Why It Worked)
- Frictionless Telegram CRM (Private DMs only): 24/7 on-time capture without manual spreadsheets.
- Built-in safeguards: Rate limits, blacklist controls, IP protections.
- Resilient capture: If your Telegram gets compromised, your organized text data is preserved on our side for recovery.
- Privacy-first posture: Each user’s data is isolated. We don’t sell or cross-share contact books - ever. It's against the policy.
Reminder: while payments were visible in the app during alpha, they were disabled. Alpha participation was invite-only and white-glove.
Payments: Turning On
We’re standardizing alpha pricing as we transition out of Token2049:
$20/month per seat (monthly)
$16.67/month per seat (billed annually)
Lock in now 🔒 and keep this price forever (unless you change your plan or we materially change the offering).
Fixes Shipped Since Alpha
- Smarter backend matching for contacts. Quietly rolled out; you shouldn’t have seen disruption.
- Business connection logic & performance: Reduced duplicate/spam pings some users experienced.

Upgrades You Can Feel
- Inline GPT access with "/chatgpt":
- Web scrape a link and ask follow-ups.
- General Q&A right from Telegram.

- Security & infra hardening:
- End-to-end encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS/HTTPS).

- No public endpoints, multi-factor auth on the database, row-level security scoping data strictly to you.
- Pre-cleansing & anti-injection protections are live; we respect Telegram rate limits and are expanding mitigations.
- Security engineers/researchers: contribute at security@pantheonops.com. A third-party audit is on our roadmap.
- Runtime & UI: Faster responses, smoother interactions.
- Team: We welcomed a new engineer from the University of Waterloo - big things incoming.

Security, Privacy & Preferences (Quick Rehash)

- Data isolation: Each user’s data is partitioned; we are not selling, sharing, or pooling contact books.
- Exports: User-controlled exports are not yet enabled; if your Telegram is hacked, your organized text corpus is preserved.
- Deletion: At any point, email support@pantheon.xyz with subject Deletion Request.
- Stealth Tier: Logs/analytics only. We store relationship topology without content—ask us to enable it.
- Enterprise/Ghost Tier: Want a private deployment for your BD team? partnerships@pantheonops.com.

Community & CSVs
If you haven’t received your .csv export yet (organized contacts captured during Token2049), ping us and we’ll prioritize it. We’re still operating white-glove while we finish the self-serve dashboard.
Where We’re Going (Sneak Peek)
We want Pantheon to be a tool you can’t operate without:
- Index your own data: Search across contacts and ask GPT about your network contextually.
- Personalized summaries: Weekly briefs you’ll actually read and use.
- Instant import/export: Your data, on demand.
- Tagging at scale: Structure your relationships with minimal effort.
- Profile Building: So your AI can draft, respond, and follow up in your voice.
